Exclusive Miami Neighborhoods

Coral Gables

Coral Gables, established as a planned community in 1921, is one of Miami-Dade's best well-rounded communities. Situated southwest of Miami and along Biscayne Bay, Coral Gables boasts clean and modern public spaces, parks, shopping, restaurants, and extensive professional services. The city is home to more than 150 multinational corporations and is known as the Corporate Capital of the Americas. Coral Gables is also one of south Florida's primary cultural centers with an abundance of art galleries and theater groups. You will find some of south Florida’s most exclusive estates located here. Coral Gables is also home to the University of Miami and the world renown Biltmore Hotel.

Brickell Avenue

Situated on Biscayne Bay, Brickell Avenue is a collection of very exclusive waterfront high-rise condominiums and town homes in the city's financial district. Enjoy a waterfront home and access to some of Miami’s finest restaurants and cultural venues. This area is close to Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, South Miami, and Miami Beach.

Miami Beach

Miami Beach exemplifies the complete south Florida lifestyle. Located across sparkling Biscayne Bay from Miami, Miami Beach is an independent island municipality complete with local government, police and fire services, hospitals, shopping, parks, and marinas. Here you will find stately waterfront homes and oceanfront condominiums as well as some of the world’s best beaches, great restaurants, and fashionable shopping.

Pinecrest / Palmetto

Residential communities located south of Coral Gables and east of Federal Highway. Away from the bustle of the city and yet close enough to all that Miami has to offer, local residents enjoy spacious custom homes on oversized lots and some of the best schools in south Florida. One of south Florida's luxury hot spots.

Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove is a chic and trendy neighborhood that meanders south of downtown Miami along Biscayne Bay. Covered with lush green foliage, the Grove is home to some of Miami's most stately homes and condominiums. Here you’ll find fashionable shopping, restaurants, night life, and several marinas.

Key Biscayne

Located southeast of Miami in the middle of Biscayne Bay, Key Biscayne is an exclusive enclave of luxury waterfront homes, condos, and marinas. Pristine beaches and park land are a major draw to this area.

Kendall

Kendall is the largest suburban residential community in Miami-Dade County. Kendall's greatest advantage is in its variety of housing choices, and because Kendall is a mature community, a variety of shopping will always be located close to your home. The area is home to many neighborhood parks, tennis courts, and canals as well as several golf courses. Kendall is home to Miami Dade College and Tamiami Airport. Metro Zoo is only a few miles to the south. Kendall is also close to some of Miami-Dade's more prominent universities; Florida International University is a few minutes to the north and the University of Miami is a few minutes to the east.
